Portrait at Hance Park is a mixed-use community in Phoenix, Arizona which sits on the edge of one of the cities most popular parks, Hance Park. In addition to the brand identity and paper system, I lead the team at Jankedesign to create a wayfinding program that incorporated live succulents into the building’s signage, with the idea of bringing a touch of greenery and growth to an otherwise sterile desert environment.
